The weekend’s events include a Celebration of First Foods Dinner and Indigenous Marketplace and Reception.
November 1: Celebration of First Foods Dinner (5:30 – 9:30 p.m.)
Immerse yourself in the rich tradition of Indigenous culture on Friday, Nov. 1, as we honor the exceptional talents of Native chefs, who infuse the stories of first foods into every bite.
The evening begins with a welcome reception and cultural blessing, followed by a multi-course dinner showcasing the artistry and vibrant flavors of Indigenous cuisine prepared by three Native chefs. Each course will be thoughtfully paired with wines crafted by Native winemakers in collaboration with the wine director of The Allison Inn & Spa.
November 2: Indigenous Marketplace and Reception (1 – 4 p.m.)
The marketplace features over 25 Native vendors selling handmade crafts, artwork and more. Sip wines from Native winemakers as well neighboring Willamette Valley wineries, and enjoy small bites as you take in live cooking demonstrations from renowned Native chefs.
