On the third Sunday of each month, members of the cellar team – who work most intimately with the wines – step into the Tasting Room to share a closer look at what they do and pour wines that offer rare insight into their craft. Each glass reflects the care, intention, and hands-on decision-making behind every bottle. Join Winemaker Anna for a deeper look at the process behind one of REX HILL’s most distinctive wines. This session explores how the rosé comes to life – from key winemaking decisions to the techniques that set it apart, including REX HILL’s time-honored tradition of foot-stomping the fruit. You’ll learn how rosé is made, why it’s different, and how each choice shapes the final wine in your glass. Behind the Bottle sessions are complimentary to all guests visiting the Tasting Room on these afternoons.
