The signature restaurant and bar at The Allison Inn & Spa in the heart of Oregon wine country with creative fine dining menus accentuating the abundance of native flavors with a strong emphasis on seasonal, farm-to-table cuisine. Embracing thoughtful, educated service, the highly trained staff graciously offer to customize your wine pairing from their 500+ label wine list to complement your dishes.

In keeping with the farm-to-table theme, The Allison Inn & Spa has a 1.5-acre garden and greenhouse just steps away from the kitchen. Cared for by a master gardener and beekeeper, the garden provides freshly grown ingredients year-round for JORY’s seasonal menu. The hard-working bees pollinate various garden crops and produce excellent honey.

Serving breakfast, lunch and dinner weekdays, and breakfast, brunch and dinner on the weekends.

If you’re planning a special celebration, JORY offers unique dining experiences for up to 12 guests in the onsite Private Dining Room with its own outdoor terrace. Or get a ringside view of the kitchen action from the custom-crafted Chef’s Table designed for 10 guests. (Advance reservations are required.)

For occasions that call for a more customized approach, The Allison Inn & Spa offers catering services and event venues – inside and out – fitting anywhere from 15 to 300 guests.
