Nicolas-Jay invites you to an extraordinary experience as they kick off their Chef Dinner Series for 2026. They welcome Chef Michael Anthony, Executive Chef of Gramercy Tavern, to the Estate to craft a seasonal, multi-course menu in the heart of the Dundee Hills.

Under Chef Anthony’s leadership, Gramercy Tavern has held a Michelin star for nineteen years, earned a three-star New York Times review, and received multiple James Beard Awards, including “Outstanding Restaurant” and “Best Chef: New York City.” In 2015, Chef Anthony was nationally recognized with the James Beard Award for Outstanding Chef, and his acclaimed cookbook, V is for Vegetables, won the James Beard Award for Best Vegetable-Focused Cookbook.
