White Rose Estate
White Rose Estate specializes in growing and producing artisanal, small batch Pinot noir that exhibits classic variety character and above all, conveys a sense of beauty. Annual production is around 3,500 cases per year of Pinot noir. The operation was founded in 2000, when owner and Producer Greg Sanders purchased the 10-acre White Rose Vineyard, planted back in the late 1970s. Over the past 17 years, the winery has evolved, resulting in a unique approach to growing, making, tasting and thinking about Pinot noir. The winemaking philosophy embraces the history of whole cluster fermentations, yet adapts this traditional approach to modern winemaking practices, yielding evocative wines that are expressive, noble, age-worthy, and classically elegant.
