Et Fille Wines

Our story is about family. It is how we started, why we make wine, and what we hope accompanies our wines at your dinner table. Et Fille, which means “and daughter”, was co-founded in 2003 by father and daughter winemakers and is now in its second generation with daughter Jessica making elegantly complex wine inspired by her late father’s legacy and daughter’s future. We craft wines from our sustainably farmed vineyards in Oregon’s Willamette Valley. We look forward to welcoming you as our guest. We are open on Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays from 12-6pm or other days by special request. Appointments are strongly recommended and may be requested https://www.etfillewines.com/visit#book or calling the tasting room at 503.538.2900. Please note that due to state requirements for the use of masks indoors regardless of vaccination status, our fully vaccinated staff will be wearing masks and respectfully ask you to please comply at this time.Current Vintage Tastings provide a journey through 5-6 of our current sustainably crafted wines, including a méthode champenoise Sparkling Wine, Viognier, Rosé (seasonally), and both blended and single vineyard Pinot Noir. This is a wonderful introduction to Et Fille wines that are rarely found outside our tasting room. $20 per person (waived for Club Members or with minimum purchase) and 60 minutes. The Cellar SleuthEVERY WEEKEND AT 1PM AND 4PMGet ready to play detective. Situation: We will have three Pinot Noir representing three different vineyards and vintages hidden so you can’t identify them. Your Mission: Match the wines in your glass to the vintages and vineyards. Result: You will learn along the way and hone your ability to identify wine characteristics. If you accurately guess all three, you will win a gift. Tasting begins and ends with wines that you won’t taste blindly, so you’re guaranteed to get something right. $40 per person ($20 for Club members or with minimum purchase) and 90 minutes on weekends. The Winemaker’s NotebookONE SATURDAY PER MONTH AT 4PMWinemaking is all about decision making. Join Jessica to explore the decisions she made along the way in creating wines you will taste, focused on single vineyard Pinot Noir from our cellar. This is an opportunity for an in-depth question and answer tasting. If you don’t already have a friend that is a winemaker, you will after this. $40 per person ($20 for Club members or with minimum purchase) and 90 minutes on one Saturday per month.Pau HanaEVERY FRIDAY & SATURDAY 4-6:30PMIn Hawaii, Pau Hana (pronounced “pow-HAH-na”) celebrates the end of the work day and is the time when workers share a drink and “talk story” (casual discussion). On Friday and Saturday evenings from 4-6:30pm, we invite you to join us for a casual Pau Hana (appointments or drop ins welcome) for wine tasting flights, glass, and bottle service.
