Élevée Winegrowers is a micro-boutique winery in Oregon’s Willamette Valley, founded by Tom and France Fitzpatrick. After Tom’s winemaking experiences in Washington, New Zealand, Napa Valley, and Burgundy, the couple established their own vineyard in the Dundee Hills in 2008. Their focus is on crafting wines that express the unique terroir of each site, emphasizing purity and precision.
