Downtown Newberg coffee shop Coffee Cat is a popular stop for George Fox University students as well as locals. While well-known for making all their in-house pastries fresh from scratch, they also offer tantalizing coffee drinks. INSIDER TIP: Don’t miss out on the cinnamon rolls! They are the best.
